Will held two major championships among industry professionals - Moscow qualifying round of the Russian Barista Championship and loud premiere of last year – Coffeehouse Teams Championship: «Russian Coffee Cup», which will be held over two days.

The Stage will host a comprehensive program on all aspects of coffee business. The speakers panel will be comprised of 50 industry experts including world-known celebrities (Kentaro Maruyama, Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood, Yannis Apostopolous, Konstantinos Konstantinopolous), focusing on business effectiveness.

The Lab. Bean 2 Cup Area
The seminars of this area will provide in-depth knowledge about all the necessary steps for processing a coffee bean. The educational program of this section will cover such topics as roasting, grinding, extraction and other related topics. With more and more companies realizing the importance of proper coffee processing, this section is bound to attract a great number of industry specialists. Apart from seminars curated by world known experts, Bean 2 Cup area will host Russian Roasting Championship finals.

The Lab. Green Bean Area
Various events at Green Bean Area will be dedicated to the overall processing of coffee from cherry to green bean and basic processing fundamentals. Speakers (prominent Q-graders, farmers and green coffee buyers) will elaborate on coffee growing, grading, direct trade issues and other hot topics. Apart from that, after the successful debut in 2014,this stage will also host Micro-lot Exchange, which will return with a unique and interactive experience for those coffee connoisseurs who are in constant search for new varieties and exclusive offers.

In the coming season Brew Bar will be expanded into two sections: Cupping Zone and Brew Zone. During their sessions, most preeminent coffee celebrities will elaborate on their techniques, methods and choice of coffees or teas. The guests will have a chance to learn from Russian and World Champions, and also from Russian Coffee Cup participants. The session program will culminate in an open cupping of Russian Roasting Championship coffees - an exciting new event that will undoubtedly draw big crowds.
